Once again, the Wood County Republican Women received recognition from the National Federation of Republican Women for participating in the Barbara Bush Literacy Program. We received a certificate from Carol Alexander, NFRW Literacy Committee Chairman for our promotion of literacy in our community. We are grateful to our Literacy Chair, Phyllis Morris, for her passion to see that this project is accomplished each year.
